City2Bay Constructions Pty Ltd was established in July 2017 when Shawn Manttan decided to branch out after gaining the trust of his clientele. Since then, the company has focused on delivering quality without compromise. Through our extensive years of experience in multi-residential construction, home renovations, and property maintenance, we have developed our customer service business philosophy, wherein we put our clients’ needs before anything else. Every member of the team works hard to provide friendly professional service.

City2Bay Constructions take pride in our workmanship and high-quality work. Fully insured and licensed by the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC), we help clients find cost-effective alternatives and solutions stress-free.
